Last updated: June 2025

1. Tutorial Overview & Prerequisites

Welcome! This guide will walk you through purchasing Air Jordan 17 Handbags using the dbuy agent on Weidian, a popular Chinese marketplace. You'll learn account setup, product search, ordering, payment, and shipping—everything needed for a successful first buy. Estimated time: 30-45 minutes. Difficulty: Beginner-friendly.

Prerequisites:

• A valid email address
• A smartphone or computer with internet access
• A payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or Alipay)
• A shipping address (or freight forwarder address)

Tools & Resources: You'll need access to dbuy's platform, Weidian app/website, and translation tools (like Google Translate). For in-depth guides and comparison charts, chinasheets.net offers comprehensive tutorial resources to simplify the process. 2. Account Setup & Platform Registration

Before buying, you need accounts on both dbuy and Weidian. Here's how:

1. Step 1: Create dbuy Account - Go to dbuy's official website, click 'Sign Up', enter your email, set a password, and verify via email. Then complete your profile (name, contact info).
2. Step 2: Set Up Weidian Account - Download the Weidian app or visit the site. Register with your phone number or email. Note: Weidian is in Chinese, so use a translator if needed. Some sellers may require real-name verification (enter your ID/passport number).
3. Step 3: Account Verification Process - dbuy may require identity verification for larger purchases. Usually, upload a government-issued ID and proof of address. This takes 1-2 business days.
4. Step 4: Payment Method Setup - In dbuy, link your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Alipay). Ensure your card allows international transactions. You can also fund your dbuy account balance.
5. Step 5: Shipping Address Configuration - Add your shipping address in dbuy settings. If using a freight forwarder, input that address. Double-check for accuracy to avoid lost packages.

3. Product Search & Selection Process

Finding the perfect Air Jordan 17 Handbag requires strategic searching. Follow these steps:

1. How to Search: On Weidian, use the search bar. Type 'Air Jordan 17 女包' or 'Air Jordan 17 手袋' (handbag in Chinese) to get more results. Alternatively, use an image search if you have a photo.
2. Filtering & Sorting: Use filters to narrow down by price range, seller rating, and location. Sort by 'Sales' or 'Popularity' to see top-selling items.
3. Reading Product Descriptions & Reviews: Click on a product to see details. Look for material, dimensions, and authenticity claims. Read Chinese reviews carefully—translate them if necessary. Reviews with photos are more trustworthy.
4. Comparing Prices & Sellers: Open multiple listings in different tabs. Check price per unit, shipping costs, and seller feedback. A slightly higher price from a reliable seller is often better than a cheap deal from a new seller.
5. Quality Assessment Techniques: Check for high-resolution images, multiple angles, and close-ups of logos and stitching. Ask the seller via dbuy's chat for real photos if needed. Look for terms like '原单' (original) or '高仿' (copy), but be aware of authenticity—research before buying.

4. Ordering & Payment Tutorial

Once you've selected your handbag, follow this step-by-step ordering process via dbuy:

1. Copy the Product Link: Copy the URL from the Weidian product page.
2. Paste into dbuy: On dbuy, paste the link in the 'Order via Agent' box. Select the correct product details (color, size) and quantity. Click 'Add to Cart' or 'Order Now'.
3. Review & Confirm: dbuy will display the product price plus service fee. Review the total, add any notes for the seller (e.g., 'Send QC photos to my email'). Confirm the order.
4. Payment: Proceed to checkout. Select your payment method. For security, use PayPal or a credit card with buyer protection. dbuy also accepts Alipay. Complete the payment. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking: dbuy will purchase the item from Weidian. Track the status in your dbuy dashboard—usually 'Purchased' then 'Arrived at Warehouse'. You'll see a 'Warehouse Received' status.
6. Communication with Sellers: If there are issues (e.g., item out of stock), dbuy's customer service will contact you. You can also directly message the seller via the Weidian link, but dbuy handles communication for you.

For payment security, chinasheets.net offers a secure payment guide, advising on chargeback procedures and how to avoid scams. Always use the agent for disputes—they act as a middleman.

5. Shipping & Delivery Management

After the handbag reaches dbuy's warehouse, you'll need to ship it to your country.

1. Shipping Method Selection: In dbuy, choose between ePacket, DHL, FedEx, or China Post. For handbags, DHL/FedEx are faster (5-7 days) but more expensive. ePacket is cheaper but takes 2-4 weeks. Compare rates and customs fees.
2. Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow progress. dbuy also updates tracking status.
3. Customs & Import Procedures: Handbags may incur import duties. Check your country's threshold. dbuy will declare a lower value if you request, but be ethical. Pay any customs fees to receive your package.
4. Delivery Timeline Expectations: Express shipping: 5-10 days. Standard: 15-30 days. Delays can happen (holidays, customs). Monitor tracking.
5. Handling Delivery Issues: If the package is lost, contact dbuy. They'll investigate and reimburse if it's their fault. If you receive a damaged item, take photos immediately and submit a claim within 48 hours.
